First and foremost, my yoga training is aimed at methods towards more relaxation.
Whenever you are in a relaxed state, whenever you focus your attention to your inside,

Practising a relaxed state of being with yoga can open pathways towards:

The holistic Tantra Yoga offers a multitude of tools,
for a culture of being-in-flow, of being free, and for an exploration of deeper dimensions of life, beyond the purely physical. I offer yoga classes and seminars. The basis of my teaching is Tantra Yoga, supplemented by my own flavour resulting from various trainings and my personal experiances. |
